3pe transmission line: The screw conveyor is composed of a frame, a tire, a wheel pitch and wheel spiral angle adjustment mechanism, and a power system.

The screw conveyor is divided into: integrated type, single group passive type, single group driven type, double group driven type. The integrated type is generally arranged at the rust removal, spraying and finished pipe exit stations. The purpose is to achieve pipe upside down, fast pipe chase, and fast pipe down. A single passive and single group drive is arranged at each station of the production line. It plays the role of connecting the various processes. The double-set driving conveyor tires are special steel rollers arranged at the intermediate frequency process. Due to the high temperature in the intermediate frequency heating zone, rubber solid tires should not be used. The dual drive is used for better implementation. The pipe runs on the production line, and the large-diameter 3PE production line uses a single group transmission.
