One of the reasons for the leakage of the insulation pipe equipment during the installation and commissioning process is that after the head is heated, before the material is not fed in, the head bolt must be tightened again. After the head is heated, the head will expand and there will be a small gap between the head parts. Gap causes material leakage. The second reason is that after feeding, if the head body leaks, check the relevant parts of the head body for trachoma.

   Insulation tube production line leaks material during production. Check whether the outer heating ring and the inner heating ring of the head are heating properly. If there is damage, the temperature of the head body is too low, and the extrusion pressure increases, causing the head to leak material. The operator will damage the machine head and cause serious losses, which should be paid great attention by front-line production personnel.
