In the production process of insulation pipe, the polyurethane composite material must be accurately weighed in accordance with the proportion specified in the product instructions, and fully stirred evenly, otherwise the performance of polyurethane foam will be affected. When stored, it should be tightly sealed to prevent foaming agent from escaping and water vapor from entering. Should be placed in dark, dry, cool, ventilated place, avoid heat source, strictly prevent sunlight exposure. When pouring polyurethane, the construction environment temperature should be about 10℃-40℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 80 percent. After pouring, the hard foam polyurethane insulation layer should be completely cured before proceeding to the next process. The surface of the hard foam polyurethane insulation layer formed by injection should be smooth without obvious bump. Polyurethane composite material has the characteristics of microporous, good fluidity, sufficient toughness and high strength. The large physical performance tolerance can meet the requirements of customers in various production processes. Suitable for pipes with uniform density distribution, different sizes and specifications, and suitable for construction under low temperature environment, so that it can withstand the low temperature of -200 ℃ for a long time.
