该作业线是把绝热层和防腐层同时包覆在钢管外表面上，从而形成管道的保温防腐层，
属国内首创。与其他方法相比，具有连续作业、生产效率高、成本低、节约能源、无污
染环境等突出优点，经过技术升级，达到国际先进水平。 
工艺特点：

2.全自动纠偏，精度高、工作稳定、纠偏效果好 
3.作业线全部采用胶轮传送，以防止对钢管防腐层的损坏。 
4.夹克层与泡沫层粘结，泡沫层与防腐层粘接，防腐层与钢管粘接牢固 
用一步法成型工艺成的管道绝热防腐生产线自动化程度高，绝热防腐层的质量完全符合
国家标准。 
该技术自研制成功以来，经过升级改进完善，目前已形成作业管线范围达φ48mm～
φ426mm。主要用于原油输送管道、直埋式供热管和制冷系统管道的绝热防腐，应
用前景十分广泛，投资回报率极高，可应用于集中供热单位、远距离输油、供水、供
气等工程。
