1. Dust removal work shall be carried out frequently, with the focus on cleaning the dust of frequency converter, governor and PLC. Compressed air can be used to blow air inside the components, especially the dust of all electrical components inside the electric control box. During cleaning, attention shall be paid not to moisture.
2. Check the components of the electric cabinet regularly, and replace the aging or poor contact components in time.
3. The gearbox lubricating oil shall be changed once every 4000-5000 hours, at least once a year.
4. Check the moving parts of the equipment frequently to see if there is enough lubrication. In particular, the screw rod, roller, bearing, guide post and other parts that run frequently can prevent the moving parts from being stuck due to the low temperature in winter, thus affecting the normal production. Bearings, cardan shafts, etc. need to be greased regularly.
5. Check the coaxiality and wear of the rubber pad at the coupling every three months.
6. The oil filter element of the hydraulic system needs to be replaced once half a year, and the pressure of the energy storage tank needs to be checked regularly.
7. Please check the tension of various belt, chain and other transmission parts. The low temperature may damage the original tension balance, the lighter may damage the belt and chain, and the heavier may cause the parts to be scrapped.
. when the insulation pipe equipment needs to be shut down temporarily, first record the rated parameters in the computer screen, so that it can be checked before the next start-up. If there is any difference, please input according to the recorded data. Please drain the water in the vacuum pump after shutdown to prevent the pump leaves from rusting.
9. When you want to restart the machine next time, please use a multimeter to measure whether there is a short circuit between the three-phase wires and between the three-phase wires and the ground, so as to prevent the mouse from biting the wires and causing a short circuit.
10. If the insulation pipe equipment needs to be shut down for a long time, the water of the water supply equipment shall be drained to prevent short circuit caused by long-term shutdown, damp dust inside the electrical components, or freezing of the pump vacuum pump caused by low temperature in winter.
